Description
The Brut Rosé Champagne by Bollinger is composed of a blend distributed as follows: 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, and 14% Pinot Meunier. The rosé vinification is carried out following the assemblage practice, which involves adding a portion of red wine, in this case, approximately 5-6%, most of which comes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The bottle fermentation occurs traditionally in the Champagne Method and significantly exceeds the minimum duration stipulated by the regulations.”
