It is a Rosé that originates from careful and expert blending work. As in all of Taittinger’s cuvées, there is a high percentage of Chardonnay (30%), contributing to a floral profile of great expressive finesse. The fruity component and backbone supporting the fullness and richness of the palate are guaranteed by a 15% portion of still red wine, crafted from the finest Pinot Noir grapes from Montagne de Reims and Riceys, which is then added to the final blend. It is on this fascinating balance between elegance and power that the identity of this unmistakable Champagne is founded, a true icon of French savoir-faire in the field of Rosé.
