Description
Bonacosta” is Masi’s Valpolicella Classico, a historic and leading winery in the Verona wine region. It originates from the traditional blend that, better than any other, tells the story of the territory. The Classic version, in addition, enhances this expressiveness to the highest levels, originating from the most suitable area for producing this type of wine. Simplicity and elegance coexist in Masi’s “Bonacosta,” defined by finesse and pleasantness. The Valpolicella Classico “Bonacosta” by Masi is composed of a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. To preserve its fresh character and fruitiness, the obtained must ferments in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a brief refinement of 6 months in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. An additional month of bottle aging precedes its commercialization.
