Provenza Ca’ Maiol Lugana 2017

Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese, Rebo.

It is obtained through the vinification of five red-berry grapes native to the Garda region: Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese, and Rebo. Once harvested and left for a cold maceration at low temperatures, these grapes yield a must rich in elegance and freshness. It’s called the “wine of one night” because historically, to achieve its characteristic pink hue, it was left in contact with its skins for one night. The particular structure obtained in this way gives this Chiaretto greater longevity, even for several years, while always maintaining its fragrance intact.
