Description
Danzante Prosecco is produced from grapes sourced from vineyards situated on the hills of the Prosecco DOC region. The Glera grape variety has found its ideal environment in this area for several centuries. The obtained must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, creating what is known as the “base wine.” Following the blending process, the second phase of production, known as the “prise de mousse,” begins. The base wine is started on its second fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks. Once this process is completed, the wine is finally bottled.
