Description
The Ripasso is relatively new among Valpolicella wines, but the technique derives from sharecropping traditions that vary from family to family. Today, it has become a cult wine and is among our most appreciated classics at Tommasi. The second fermentation of our finest Valpolicella base on the Amarone grape skins imparts structure and intriguing aromatic complexity.
