Description
Il “Vaio Armaron” is an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG crafted from grapes grown in the eponymous vineyard, an ideal place for creating a wine that is part of Italian and global winemaking history. The Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes undergo the appassimento process in the estate’s drying lofts. After vinification, the wine matures slowly for 3 years in oak barrels, followed by an additional 4 months in cherry wood casks, as per Masi’s tradition. It’s an offering under the Serego Alighieri label designed for those seeking an experience beyond the ordinary.
