Description

Sauvignon Blanc, a wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, is produced from a vineyard cultivated using the Guyot method, which is well-suited for high-quality production. This approach has contributed to achieving good sugar concentration and aromatic profile. Harvested in the second decade of September, the wine is fermented in cement tanks, where the natural temperature of 18°C in the container meets eco-sustainability requirements. This practice promotes the development of the bouquet. Maturation in cement tanks and barriques imparts the Sauvignon with the appropriate characteristics of a white wine.
