Henri Bourgeois, Sancerre La Vigne Blanche 2008

Sauvignon Blanc 100%

Starting in 1950 with 2 hectares of land, with the help of his sons, Henri Bourgeois has built a vineyard of 65 hectares on the hills of Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. United by a common passion for the vineyard and wine, father and sons continue a tradition based on respect for the land and established methods of cultivation and winemaking, combined with new techniques like parcel selection and gravity flow. In constant pursuit of perfection, the estate meticulously oversees every stage of winemaking, from maturation on the lees to bottling, to ensure the quality that sets them apart.
