Description

The Jolivet family has been active in the wine world since 1926, starting their activity as a négociant. It wasn’t until 1987, with the arrival of Pascal Jolivet, that wines bearing his name were born. Vinification: Pascal Jolivet’s Sancerre Rosé originates from a meticulous blend of Pinot Noir grapes, some directly pressed, and others vinified as rosé using the saignée method. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
