Description
Tramin Pinot Nero is made from 100% grapes of the same variety. It comes from vineyards located in a hilly area at an altitude ranging between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, characterized by a limestone and gravelly soil with a significant presence of clay. The harvesting process is carried out manually using small crates. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques and large barrels, and the wine matures inside them. The total duration of the aging process lasts for at least 6 months.
