Description
The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is the epitome of excellence from the Tommasi family. Elegance, structure, softness, and complexity make it a unique wine originating from the prestigious Crus La Groletta and Conca d’Oro, in the hilly area of Valpolicella Classica. The grapes are meticulously hand-selected during harvest and then undergo an approximate 3-month drying process in a well-ventilated drying room. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 25 days at a temperature of 25/30°C. The aging process involves 3 years in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
