The Falanghina grapes at Sibilla are grown at an altitude ranging from 50 to 150 meters above sea level with a southwest exposure. The vines draw their vigor and nutrients from the volcanic soil, which is rich in ash and lapilli and soaked in mineral salts. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. In the winery, the vinification process takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by an aging period, also in steel tanks, for about six months on the lees.
