Description
The “Cutizzi” Greco di Tufo is part of the Selezioni (Selections) line from the Feudi di San Gregorio winery, a range of wines designed to express the best characteristics of the fortunate union between grape variety and terroir. It is born from the fundamental idea of using only the finest Greco grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Santa Paolina, on soils with valuable gypsum composition that produce grapes of great finesse and elegance. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine then rests in steel on its own yeasts for about 4-5 months, with periodic batonnage. It completes its aging with a few months in the bottle before being released for sale.
