Description

This sensational wine from the Pomino estate in Tuscany is composed of a blend predominantly featuring Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, with small portions of complementary grape varieties. It hails from one of Tuscany’s most renowned areas for the cultivation of white wines, at altitudes reaching up to 700 meters. The Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco blend is known for its exceptional elegance and refinement.After the traditional winemaking process, the aging period extends to 10 months in oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle. For this wine, which undergoes part of its fermentation in steel and part in oak barrels, malolactic fermentation is carried out only for the portion that was fermented in barrels.
