Description
From the blend of grapes from different vineyards, this wine emerges as fresh and enjoyable, supported by the characteristic acidity of Barbera, yet tamed through a skillful passage in oak barrels. Maceration and fermentation occur at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks for approximately 7 to 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels and further refines in the bottle for at least 3 months before being released to market.
