Description
A wine from the classic Piedmontese tradition, of great value and refinement. It is the result of the vinification of Nebbiolo grapes and a small part of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards in Serralunga d’Alba in the Barolo area, Treiso in the Barbaresco area, Diano d’Alba, and Trezzo Tinella. Vinification takes place after a short maceration; the grapes ferment in steel. The aging process continues in steel until bottling in early March. This wine does not touch wood.
