Description
The Brunate vineyard is a splendid cru located near Cerequio, on the hill of Barolo-La Morra. Positioned at around three hundred meters above sea level, it faces west-southwest, with soils rich in limestone marl and minerals. These conditions are ideal for harvesting exquisite Nebbiolo grapes. When you add two years in oak barrels and 15-16 months in the bottle, especially if the name on the label is “Michele Chiarlo,” then those highly favorable microclimatic conditions transform into a Barolo that is simply a masterpiece.”
