Description
The Brut Rosé by Billecart-Salmon is a Champagne originating from the area of Mareuil-sur-Ay, a few kilometers from the legendary village of Epernay. Maison Billecart-Salmon was founded in the early 19th century. It is a family-run establishment that manages around fifteen hectares, divided into many parcels located in prestigious areas such as Mareuil-sur-Ay, Damery, Ay, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Avise. The Champagnes of the Maison are renowned for their ‘finesse, balance, and elegance’, true keywords that encapsulate the continuous pursuit of quality and excellence. The Maison’s labels are crafted with ancient artisanal know-how and matured in the ancient cellars of Mareuil-sur-Ay. Three kilometers of galleries carved into chalk, which provide a constant temperature and humidity for the wines’ maturation.
