Description
The Champagne Brut Royale Réserve originates from the grapes of the best vineyards in the Grand and Premier Cru heartland of Champagne. This traditional blend consists mostly of Pinot Noir (65%), complemented by Chardonnay (30%), and Pinot Meunier (5%). The structure of this Champagne is determined by the addition of at least 20% reserve wines in the cuvée, carefully kept in chalk cellars and managed using the Solera method, involving maturation in wooden casks for several years. Once bottled, the wine undergoes bottle fermentation using the Champagne method and then rests on lees for approximately three years. Only through this lengthy aging will this sparkling wine develop evolved and mature aromas on the nose, combined with a masterful and powerful structure on the palate.”
