This Franciacorta Rosé DOCG “Cuvée Prestige” from Ca’ Del Bosco winery is created through the separate vinification of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with the base wines being assembled after eight months of refinement. It rests on the lees for approximately thirty months, offering a balanced magic that brings together the “romantic” Pinot Noir with the “delicate” Chardonnay.
