Pinot Noir 57%, Chardonnay 43%

The Champagne Brut Rosé by Dom Perignon is synonymous with class, elegance, and style. It is an icon, a flag raised years ago in the land of the world’s most famous sparkling wine, and it still represents a benchmark for everyone who steps into this territory. It reflects the grace of Champagne, enhanced by the refined and vibrant touch of its Rosé version. The Brut Rosé Vintage Champagne from Dom Perignon is composed of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay. The grapes come from some of the oldest and most precious Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. At the beginning of 2009, the winter in the Champagne region was harsh, with snowfall and very low temperatures. The summer was sunny, despite some thunderstorms. Once the various components are assembled, the wine is bottled and undergoes a second fermentation. The aging on the lees is very long, elevating an already noble base to absolute excellence. The wait to disgorge this precious sparkling wine is a full 84 months.
