The Barbaresco ‘Sorì Tildin’ is an elegant and precise red wine from Piedmont, well-defined in every sensory aspect, both in its varietal and primary scents, and in its secondary and tertiary notes. This Barbaresco ‘Sorì Tildin’ is crafted by Gaja using exclusively Nebbiolo grapes, the quintessential red grape variety of Piedmont. The grapes are cultivated with great care and respect, selecting only the best bunches to ensure the highest possible quality. After harvesting and vinification, the wine undergoes a double refinement, first for 12 months in barriques and then for another year in large barrels. At the end of these two years of maturation, the wine is ready to be bottled and released to the market.
