ndeed a bottle that originates from the prestigious vineyards of the Bussia cru, blending a strong and determined body with a range of elegant and harmonious aromas. This Barolo ‘Bussia’ is born from a meticulous selection of the grapes of the red berry grape par excellence in Piedmont, Nebbiolo, carried out by the Prunotto winery team. The vineyards are situated within the renowned ‘Bussia’ cru, located in Monforte, at about 350 meters above sea level and facing south. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, then left to ferment while macerating for 10 days at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, also undergoing malolactic fermentation. The aging process takes place initially for 24 months in large oak barrels of various capacities. After bottling, it continues for at least another 12 months directly in glass.”
