Vermentino Albarola Greco
Description
Produced from selected Vermentino, Albarola, and Greco grapes from thirty-five-year-old vineyards with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare, located in the municipalities of Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo. Vinification takes place with the free-run juice obtained from the destemmed grapes, and it ferments in stainless steel tanks at 15-17°C. The wine matures for approximately 7 months in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
