Chardonnay e Pinot Bianco


The “Batar” from the Tuscany Querciabella winery is produced using equal parts of international grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, cultivated under organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. After the harvest, the grape clusters are pressed separately, allowed to ferment in barrels with native yeasts, and then left to rest for nearly a year. Subsequently, a careful selection of the best lots is made to create cuvées. The wine is then transferred to concrete tanks for 6 months before bottling, followed by an additional 6 months of aging in glass.
