Description
Schidione” from the Castello di Montepò Estate, owned by Jacopo Biondi Santi, originates from the beautiful hills of Tuscany IGT in the Scansano area. It is an incredible Supertuscan red wine, crafted from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot vinified separately. The resulting wine then matures in French oak barriques for about 24 months, followed by an additional 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A deep, elegant, and complex red, suitable for special occasions, with a longevity of over 40 years.
