It is crafted from a refined blend of Tuscan Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca Lunga grapes. This Vinsanto from Chianti DOC, made from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca Lunga, is a late-harvest wine that pairs well with all Tuscan pastries. It is advisable to serve it in large glasses to enhance aeration and the diffusion of aromas.The grapes for this wine come from the Santa Maria in Chianti estate. The vinification process includes the complete malolactic fermentation during the long maturation in wooden casks. It then continues to age for an additional 5 years.
