Description
Antinori, one of the highest excellences in Italian wine production, produces the Chianti Classico “Marchese Antinori” within the Tignanello Estate, located between the valleys of Greve and Pesa. Here, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are cultivated to obtain the Reserve, which, after rigorous manual harvesting, undergoes fermentation in steel, macerating for about 9-10 days. The next phase is the aging process, carried out in French and Hungarian oak barriques for one year, after which the wine is bottled.
