Description

“Conte della Vipera” is a white wine that results from a skillful blend of international grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are cultivated within the vineyards of the Castello della Sala estate. These vineyards are situated on fossil-rich soils at an altitude ranging from 250 to 350 meters above sea level. After the grapes are harvested, they are gently pressed, and the must undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where it remains to age until bottling.
