Description
This description refers to the Rosé variation of the Brut Yellow Label, possessing its inherent structure and elegance. It combines the intensity of Pinot Noir, which dominates and characterizes the style of the Maison, the delicacy of Chardonnay, and the roundness of the touch of Pinot Meunier. The reserve wines (ranging from 25% to 35%, sometimes up to 40%) ensure the continuity of the Maison’s style. To this base, the Chef de Cave has added an assembly of red wines from selected black grapes to confer a wonderful balance to this Rosé with a unique character.
