Louis Jadot, Les Perrieres, Meursault Premier Cru 2007

Description

A beautiful Premier Cru, exclusively white, resting on white marls. It is located just above ‘Charmes’ and next to ‘Genevrières.’ Harvesting is done manually in small crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then gently pressed and fermented in barrels from our cooperage, with one-third being new. Aging lasts for approximately 15 months on fine lees before preparation for bottling.
