In 1881, Anton Jermann, their forefather, left a small village between Austria and Slovenia and established his roots in Friuli. Thanks to their focus on results and a determination to avoid compromising their goals and dreams, Silvio Jermann has been making a profound mark on the world of wine since the early years. The wine is left to mature on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and then in the bottle for a few more months.
