It showcases a unique aromatic expression of the beautiful terroir of this appellation (AOC), situated on the right bank of the Bordeaux region. Comprised of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and the remaining 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration lasting 3 to 5 weeks. After racking and malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for about two years before bottling and the final “rest” in the cellar before being released to the market.
