Description
Di Majo Norante has been producing wines from its own grapes since the 19th century, as evidenced by the cellars beneath the square and in the old family palace in Campomarino. This ancient grape variety was highly regarded by the Samnites, who considered it among the best in their winemaking tradition. The grapes undergo skin contact maceration for 24-36 hours and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C.
