Description
A lovely Premier Cru resting on magnesium limestone soils. It is situated on brown soils in different layers above the bedrock, from the lower slope to mid-slope. The vineyard faces east. Harvesting is done manually in small crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then gently pressed and fermented in barrels from our cooperage, with one-third being new. Aging takes place for approximately 15 months on fine lees before preparation for bottling.
