Description
The Greco del Sannio from Mustilli is a white wine with a lot of personality, freshness, and lightness, aged for a few months in steel. It is made from grapes from the Presta and Pozzillo vineyards in the municipality of S. Agata dei Goti, carefully selected and hand-harvested. It undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about two weeks. The wine is then aged in steel with periodic batonnage.
