Description

In the heart of South Tyrol, the intoxicating aromas of Cantina Tramin’s wines come to life. This winemaking project represents the work of 300 winemakers who have been connected to this land for generations. The grapes are all hand-harvested and placed in small containers to keep them intact, then undergo gentle pressing. The subsequent vinification takes place in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel containers (at 19°C) without malolactic fermentation.
