Description
The Chardonnay grapes are handpicked and gently pressed before undergoing a brief cold settling. Fermentation takes place and the wine rests on its lees for 10 months in new oak barriques, but only for 1/3 of the total. Subsequently, it continues to mature in the bottle. This Chardonnay is characterized by its spiciness, creaminess, intensity, persistence, maturity, freshness, and a subtle influence of oak. It is a wine with a long life ahead. Produced in small quantities every year.
