The Merlot “Ronc di Subule” is crafted by the Ronchi di Manzano winery using a selection of grapes from one of their finest estate vineyards, characterized by a soil rich in marl and sandstone, which creates the distinctive “ponca.” After careful harvesting, the wine matures in French oak barriques for approximately a year. Persistent and boasting a diverse bouquet, it is destined to improve over the years.
