Description

Argentiera” is produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), and Cabernet Franc (10%), sourced from the estate’s finest vineyards located at approximately 200 meters above sea level with a southwest exposure and incredible views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. After a rigorous grape selection during manual harvesting, the different grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place, followed by a maceration period of about 25 days. The aging process, which occurs in French oak barriques for around 18 months, is also carried out separately for each grape variety to maximize the development of varietal aromas. The final blend is created through multiple tastings to achieve an exceptional combination of aromas.
