Description

William Fèvre’s Vaudésir Grand Cru is a wine with incredible, broad, and soft structure. The wine matures for about 14 months in total: for the first 6 months, 50% of it rests on fine lees in French oak barrels, while the rest is in steel. After blending the two portions, the aging process is completed in steel tanks. Aromas of green apple and pineapple are enhanced by splendid iodine notes. The finish has a unique persistence.
