Description

Collio Malvasia DOC 2021 Picech, produced in the Pradis hamlet in Cormons, on the Collio.The Malvasia Istriana grapes are hand-harvested in September, gently destemmed, followed by a 12-hour skin maceration. After racking, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, remaining in contact with the lees for 6 months before bottling the wine in early spring.It is a flavorful and powerful wine with a medium structure, not to be underestimated.
