Description
Only the best Vermentino grapes become Cala Reale. Grown on ancient, sea-influenced soils, these grapes are harvested and taken to the cellar for pressing, long cold maceration, and aging on the fine lees. It has a deep straw yellow color with brilliant green hues, and an intense bouquet that combines a seductive tropical tone with more classic nuances of the Mediterranean scrubland, berries, and medicinal herbs. In the mouth, warm tones of ripe fruit blend with the memory of lush briny salinity, capable of crossing a refined and precious texture. The finish is long and mineral, decidedly fresh and flavorful.
