Description

At Laurent-Miquel’ winery its believe that if you treat the grapes well they will give you more in the bottle. In the case of Nord Sud they plant the vines from North to South. So the grapes are protected from the midday sun. Then the grapes are only harvest them at night, when it’s cooler, and they are crisper and happier. Its leads to a wine that is fresher and crisper.
