The harvesting of the grapes used to produce this wine takes place late, typically at the end of October. The vinification process of the Biferno Rosso DOP “Ramitello” by Di Majo Norante follows traditional methods, with maceration in contact with the grape skins for at least one month. The aging process occurs partially in small oak barrels and partially in stainless steel. The “Ramitello” is crafted from the finest grapes of the best cru in Campomarino, ensuring quality in every bottle.
